About the Role
You will help shape how a cross-functional product team works in an environment focused on digital services for driver evaluation, coaching, and performance improvement. The team builds user-centric services where product, technology, UX, analytics, and business needs need to come together in a clear and effective way.
In this role, you will support the team in strengthening agile ways of working, creating momentum in everyday delivery, and turning complexity into structure. You will work closely with product owners, developers, designers, data specialists, and other stakeholders to help the team deliver value with quality and predictability. Job DescriptionYou will facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, and backlog refinement.
You will support the team in delivering digital services related to driver evaluation, coaching, and performance insights.
You will coach the team and stakeholders in Scrum, agile principles, and continuous improvement.
You will remove impediments and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
You will strengthen collaboration between product management, development, UX, analytics, and business stakeholders.
You will create transparency around progress, priorities, and team capacity.
You will support backlog management and help align business goals with technical execution.
You will drive improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, quality, and predictability.
You will facilitate communication and coordination across teams and stakeholders when needed.
You will bring structure and clarity to a dynamic and evolving product environment.
RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, business, information technology, or a related field.
Several years of experience working as a Scrum Master in agile software or digital product development environments.
Strong knowledge of Scrum, agile methodologies, and team facilitation techniques.
Experience supporting cross-functional product development teams.
Experience driving continuous improvement and agile maturity within teams and organizations.
Ability to manage stakeholders and facilitate collaboration across technical and business domains.
Experience handling dependencies, risks, and delivery planning in complex environments.
Strong communication and coaching skills.
Ability to create structure, alignment, and momentum in evolving product organizations.
Hands-on experience facilitating agile delivery processes using Jira and Confluence in cross-functional software development teams.
English as a working language.
Nice to haveExperience from connected vehicles, telematics, driver behaviour analysis, mobility services, or digital coaching solutions.
Experience working with data-driven product teams.
Experience working in scaled agile environments or across multiple teams.
Understanding of UX, product discovery, and customer-centric development.
Experience supporting distributed or hybrid teams.
