We are now looking to hire a new Sales Manager who will be responsible for targeting new business opportunities in the online market place and who will be focused on establishing relationships with new clients directly and via digital marketing agencies. This position is located in the center of Stockholm close to Hötorget.

Role responsibilities
• Play a fundamental role in the continued development and growth of our business on the Nordic market through your skills and experience; meeting and exceeding targets
• Based on client opportunity and competitive landscape, develop a strategic sales plan in which to increase CJ's market share on the Nordic market
• Accurately forecast and deliver financial results on a quarterly and annualized basis, including a comprehensive assessment of percentage to close by client
• Make sure that all potential customer inquiries taken care of and relevant meetings booked
• Negotiate win-win agreements that increase switching costs and produces predictable revenue streams
• Build healthy client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor to executive-level contacts at major clients and agencies
• Collaborates with the management teams in CJ and across Conversant in order to define strategic initiatives that deliver incremental growth
• Participation in industry events including speaker opportunities
• Close internal cooperation with Account Managers for our advertisers and publishers
We expect
• Minimum of 4 years direct client and/or agency sales - ideally affiliate sales
• Strong working knowledge of digital marketing
• Extensive online advertising experience, including knowledge of: SEO / SEM, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Display/Banner Ads, CPC / CPA / CPO
• Already well networked within the online industry with established advertiser contacts
• Highly developed commercial negotiation skills
• Strong presentation skills both written and in person (1:1 and public speaking)
• Must be enchanting and quick to establish credibility
• National and European travel required to support the business in closing European deals
• Extensive proficiency in both speaking and writing in Swedish and English
