hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Hybridity AB i Stockholm As part of Hybridity's development team, as a Senior Research Engineer you will be integral to the research and development of our AI-based SaaS platform. You will also be working close to product developers and to our design team.
We seek a person with vast of experience within backend development. As an AI-first company, we also require a high interest and deep understanding of developing against Large Language Models (LLMs). The role will report against the Head of R&D/Engineering. You will be based at our Stockholm office in the south of Stockholm.
Key responsibilities
• Research and develop new and existing technologies and techniques to provide best in class performance of our LLM-based SaaS platform
• Investigate how our products behave under differing conditions and develop the best outcome
• Develop ideas for further investigation
• Arrange gathered technical information and analyze trends
• Keep up with current and developing engineering trends, particularly within Generative AI
• Capture requirements and turn company, and customer goals into well defined, achievable and testable specifications
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
• Plan, execute and present work as well as write reports
Skills
• Communicative team player who work independently and can be reviewed infrequently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational skills and problem solving skills
• Communicate with clarity and demonstrate excellence in people activities
Qualification and experience
• Relevant engineering degree, minimum master's degree
• Experience in leading and developing people
• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering role, preferably in a SaaS company
• Well familiar in developing against LLMs and strong interest in AI technologies
