About the role
Our client is a global supplier of innovative informational products, services and softwares. As a recruiter, you will have responsibility of corporate level staffing and recruiting programs and strategies. Your responsibilities will be:
* Promoting the company 's image to candidates and external service providers
* Surface candidates and develop networks, creating a strong pipeline of candidates
* Advising hiring managers and produces interview packets and selection documentation.
* Negotiate and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers.
* Monitor and maintain internet and print postings ensuring compliance with local regulations.
* Contact candidates, schedule interviews and interview loop, develop and present employment offers
* Provide subject matter expertise to customers and contribute to the development of new staffing sources and processes.
* Develop strategy, recommend diversity and college staffing plans to senior management and executes.
* Monitor staffing processes to identify areas of risk and assist in identification of mitigation methods.
* Acts as a technical lead to lower level talent acquisition professionals.
About you
You have a bachelor 's degree in a related field of study and have 5 years of experience using recruitment technology. Furthermore, you have 5 years of experience performing full life-cycle recruiting and recruiting in a corporate setting.
We see that you are a person that develops solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovative as well as performs work with minimal direction and exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment. Furthermore, you are a highly communicative person with skills in both the Swedish and English language.

About the employment
The position as Senior Recruiter is as a consultant with start immediately. As a consultant, you are employed in Adecco Sweden. The assignment is expected to last until 2018-12-31 with possible extension.
