Would you like to to shape the future of digital banking in Nordea? We are now looking for a senior Quality Assurance Engineer with focus on test automation. We invite you to become a vital part of Nordea Quality Assurance capability, which supports a vast number of IT development teams with test automation solutions. We need someone that has both strategical but also hands-on experience of test automation and like to learn and grow in this area together with colleagues.

What you'll be doing:
As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer you will work with test automaton and the delivery of test enablers in compliance with Nordea Quality Assurance procedures and standards. You are working strategically but also with hands-on tasks. You will perform test automation feasibility studies, design test automation solutions, implement, execute automated test and educate colleagues in the area.
You will be responsible for providing test and technical leadership and support. Assuring focus on high quality of deliveries, knowledge sharing, teamwork, collaboration, and effective communication activities within the initiative. Some more specific tasks that you will do are:
* Manage test automation backlog in close collaboration with IT and business stakeholders
* Plan and coordinate implementation in concurrence with multiple and versatile scrum teams in a SAFe ART setup
* Spearheading test automation design and development with a team of test automation engineers
* Identify impediments, risks and challenges corresponding to test automation and derive solutions to enable seamless progress
* Actively work hand in hand with operations team towards handover and test automation script maintenance and enhancements
* Engage proactively in reporting to key IT and Business management stakeholders on test automation progress and road map
* Explore opportunities for test automation improvements and implement to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the framework

Who you are
We believe that you have worked as a test automation engineer and have long experience of test automation or software development. You are passioned in the test area and you are curious of new techniques and development possibilities. We are looking for someone that have:
* Expertise in Test Automation Framework, preferably Robot Framework
* Expertise in Database automation, advanced SQL and ETL testing
* Strong knowledge and experience in Python scripting
* Experience coordinate testing via Test Management tools (i.e. ALM QC, qTest)
* Experience working with issue tracking tools (i.e. JIRA)
* Experience using GIT to version control configuration items (e.g. automated test scripts)
* Fluency in written and spoken English
Nice to have:
* ISTQB foundation level knowledge
* Experience working with Agile / Scrum / SAFE
* Experience working with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins/Bamboo/Docker)
* Experience in Datawarehouse testing and Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD)
