For our office in Stenungsund we are looking for a Senior Planning Engineer who will have the following responsibilities:
The role:
• You develop, monitor en steer the project planning for projects in the process industry.
• You assist the project management team in developing, monitoring and updating the integrated engineering and construction project planning between our home office, work share offices, vendors and constructor, so that the project may be executed in the most efficient manner possible.
• You assure that milestones are kept and proper action is taken to maintain the EPC schedule.
• You are responsible for updating the project schedule on a regular basis depending on project requirements.
• You are responsible to present the schedule related to your project both internally and externally.
• You prepare the proposed overall (integrated) project planning for proposals in accordance with the instructions from the Proposal Manager.
• You are a leader and coach to the schedulers team and report to the Dept. Manager Project Services.
You will also take on a TeamLead role in the Project Service department for the planning discipline where you will ensure the workload for the planners and coordinate all workrelated issues.
Qualifications:
• Safety is your first priority
• BS or MS in an engineering discipline or equivalent by experience
• Strong team player
• Excellent knowledge of Primavera Project Planner P6
• 10+ years' experience as a planner with experience on projects in the process industry, including construction from green or brown field projects
• Languages: Fluent English and Swedish
