hela Sverige We are looking for an Senior Product Specialist one of our renowned customers in Retail domain transforming a global iconic brand, which is breath-taking, with a direct impact on each of the millions of customers visiting us in both stores and via digital touchpoints, all over the world, every day. The fast-changing retail landscape drives new demands on how to manage retail real estate. This has created a need for new flexible digital solutions; we are entering a new phase within Real Estate where we aim to both innovate and modernize the solution landscape.

The scope of the services:
• First phase of modernizing the area is to add an experienced Product Specialist with deep business analytical skills and technical background. The Product Specialist evaluates business processes, identifies needs, and develops strategies to maximize opportunities.
• The Product Specialist may work with business, digital and local IT departments. And interact with business and digital stakeholders, suppliers, and various subject experts.
Scope includes:
• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business.
• Defining business processes, information models and requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders.
• Collecting and analyzing data for potential business expansion for digital support
• Identifying specific business opportunities
• Leading projects and coordinating with other teams to produce better business outcomes.
• Testing business processes and recommending improvements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Superior presentation and negotiation skills
• Proven management and organizational skills
• Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments
• In-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making
• At least Five years of business analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business analysis, business administration, finance, or related field
• Excel and presentation skills.
• Technical understanding.

• Need/requirement documentation
•
Real Estate background is not required but good to have.
• As a person you are; self-organizing, with an agile mindset, autonomous, multiskilled, communicative, responsible, reliable, driven,
honest, good attitude, leadership, positive, structured, solution oriented, result/delivery focused, holistic approach, sense for details, team
player, independent.
