The opportunity
We're looking to hire a Senior Product Manager who will be in charge of the external partners for third party processing. As one Worldline Merchant Services' Commercial Acquiring divisions, we focus on the SMB business and Payment Partner business. This requires high engagement from a relationship building standpoint.
You're our ideal candidate if you have a solid understanding of B2B sales and relationship management, you are a driven person with a hunger of standing at the true frontier of payments.
In this role, you'll report to the head of vertical solutions part of the Commercial acquiring product team . There is also a strong connection required with the sales team at the Merchant Services business division and at group level.

Your day-to-day responsibilities
• You build our relationship with our third-party processors and their partners for successful growth
• You build our relationship with the external processors and the ways of collaborating
• You run strategic and operational tasks related to our business with partners...
• Together with third-party processor you further develop services for us to be compliant
• Lead the operational work and follow up meetings with external processors
• Coordinate development items and operational task with external processors
• Build your own virtual team within worldline to make the partnership successful; product, sales and operations
• Responsible for negotiations and contracts with partners

As a successful hire, you support and accelerate our company's revenue growth by doing what you do best: being responsible for our business with external processors and drive our growth making sure we have successful partnerships. You will set the strategic and operational agenda and drive changes and collaborate with other departments within Worldline to build our reputation as a trusted partner in the online payment space.

Skills we can't do without
• You've got substantial knowledge in payment industry and technical services
• Strong communication skills
• Full working proficiency in English
• +3 years of working experience in partner management
• Collaborative and likes to work in teams
• Structured with project manager skills

Skills we'd like
It would be great if you have the following skills as well:
• Swedish language skills is seen as advantage
• Previous working experience from a global FinTech company
