What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at Volvo Cars , you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of our Content Management System (CMS), which is a critical tool for delivering content across the platform. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to identify requirements, gather feedback, and prioritize features and improvements.
Define and communicate the vision and strategy for the CMS, ensuring alignment with the overall product roadmap and business goals
Conduct user research and identify usage metrics to understand user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
Work closely with design, engineering, and data teams to develop and launch new features and improvements to the CMS
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the CMS and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and feedback, and ensure the CMS meets their needs and expectations
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends related to content management systems
Responsible for cross-functional teams to ensure that the effective delivery of new features and improvements are on time and on budget
Develop and maintain good relationships with key internal and external partners
What you'll bring
Extensive product management experience, with a proven history of effectively delivering complex, high-impact products
Comprehensive understanding of content management systems, digital content workflows, and related technologies
Experience with user research, product analytics, and A/B testing
Effective in communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management
Significant problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a constantly changeing environment
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
