We are looking for an experienced Automated Driving System (ADS) Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team and help drive the development of our cutting-edge software solutions in autonomous technologies. You will join a focused, tight-knit product team. Your expertise and insights will carry significant weight, allowing you to exercise strong indirect leadership cross-functionally throughout the company. You will play a pivotal role in steering the company towards achieving its strategic goals and ensuring we maintain the proper course. You are friendly, open-minded, tech-savvy and also passionate about turning innovative ideas into successful products.
What you'll do:
Be responsible for ADS software products across the domains Machine Learning, Perception, Localization, Motion Planning & Control, Remote Operations, Data & Platform, and Simulation
Lead the ADS software product strategy and ensure it is in line with the business KPIs, business plan, market trends, regulatory changes and customer needs
Collaborate with commercial and customers, tech leadership and other stakeholders to define product requirements
Define technical roadmaps and feature prioritizations across ADS software domains and ensure they are data-driven and maximize business outcomes
Lead product evangelism for ADS software and effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders to secure buy-in
What we're looking for:
Extensive work experience with the greater part within product and/or similar role in software engineering management
Domain knowledge from autonomous driving is a plus (i.e. Machine Learning, Perception, Localization, Motion Planning & Control, Remote Operations, Data & Platform, and Simulation)
Expertise in software development, Agile methodologies and product management best practices
Proven experience communicating, collaborating and building relationships with top management and key stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
Strong technical background, with a MSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
