hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Machinegames Sweden AB i Uppsala MachineGames is seeking an experienced Senior Level Designer. You will report to the Executive Producer and your key areas of responsibilities are:
• To build and iterate on low-lod and white box versions of levels.
• To design and implement basic combat scenarios and gameplay progression in collaboration with production unit peers.
• To collaborate with Directors to ensure that gameplay and visual design is in line with the vision for the game.
• To write walkthroughs including level layout, gameplay beats, combat scenarios and puzzles.
• To assist in level specific designs such as bosses, special events etc.
Requirements
• Expert knowledge of at least one major modeling package (Maya, MAX, Lightwave, MODO or equivalent), Photoshop and ZBrush and/or Mudbox
• Strong communication skills
• An uncompromising work ethic
• Excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of first person shooter games
• Solid game industry experience required
• Excellent fine art skills (sketch work and/or 3D concept work) a plus
• Experience from at least two shipped AAA game productions
