Description
The client is now looking for a Senior IT Project Manager for its team. The team has several extensive activities to deliver in the coming year. Some activities are already ongoing and some are just about to start. You will need to drive two to three different activities.
The projects are initiatives to life cycle the offering within Workplace. For example, replacing printers on all sites according to the new agreement, finalising the upgrade to new citrix platform and replace the logistics partners.
The Project Managers' role will be part of the Team in which the architect, Service Managers and other project managers are shared between several ongoing activities. The works are tightly planned and coordinated between project manager and the existing product owner.

• Can quickly understand and grasp potential challenges or dependencies coming up and always drive for mitigation and continuation.
• As a project manager, you are a person who is passionate about driving activities in complex business environments and clearly enjoy collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
• 3-5 years of technical education and at least 3-5 years of experience working in similar roles.
• You have great communication skills, good in handling meetings, can manage discussions around requirements with stakeholders and business owners.
• You are very structured and can e.g. produce power points or similar documentation styles for both team level audiences as well as for senior management audiences.
• You are also strong in managing calculations for cost reporting and business cases.
• Good in communication, both verbally and in writing
• Handles relationship management very well
• You have documentation skills and work in a structured manner
• You are a person that know what information need to be shared and who are your stakeholders to be kept up to date
• You also need to have the ability to see the big picture
Language skills
• Swedish - fluent
• English - fluent
Preferred competence and experience
• Scrum/Safe
• Experiences from the workplace field as a project manager.
