What you will do
Lead an important team that runs crucial systems for the Nordic region's financial ecosystems.
You will be deeply involved in projects.
Be responsible and accountable for leading and developing your team setting direction and deploying resources on varying projects.
Participating in organization-wide projects, while providing guidance and expertise on an as-needed basis.
As a manager you are required to understand how other business units operate, and how their goals align with organizational goals.
What We Expect
Masters' Degree in Computer Science, MIS or another related discipline, or equivalent work experience,
Managed teams within - Application management, Systems admin, or Network Operations.
What Would Be Helpful
Have work experience in the financial or FinTech industry.
Have experience working in a global organization
