Responsibilities:

As a Senior Developer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our development teams and customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the implementation of new products and solutions, providing technical expertise to development teams and customers.
• Troubleshooting and resolving system availability, performance, and security issues. Monitoring system capacity and participating in capacity planning for optimal performance.
• Managing incidents within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and actively participating in agile work processes.
• Contributing to the improvement and development of existing products and infrastructure. Supporting the company's efforts in developing new products aligned with business needs and goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in development or technical operations, with a focus on infrastructure and applications in a production environment.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies and tools, including PHP, Laravel, Docker, AWS ECS, MySQL/Postgres (RDS), Caching (Redis/Memcache), SQS, load balancing, CloudFront, and S3.
• Familiarity with development best practices, including automation, rapid deployment, and early-stage testing.
• Understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, with experience working within an agile development environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with incident management and working within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and continuously improving infrastructure and processes.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and provide support outside of regular working hours as needed.

Please note that we are not seeking consultants for this position. The ideal candidate should be located in Stockholm, Sweden, and have the necessary work authorization to work in Sweden. Applicants without the required work authorization will not be considered.
