Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
For our consulting team we are looking for a (senior) consultant with 10+ years of experience in business technology advisory and/or transformation. He or she knows how to tackle a business technology problem using a team approach and utilizes analytical frameworks to come to the proper conclusions. He or she is determined to steer the process and client and are used to "on-" and "off-"shoring. When faced with opportunities to improve organisations, he or she is professional and thorough in shaping a clear approach. Needless to say that experience with senior stakeholders in a professional work environment is a must. He or she holds responsibilities for all different phases of the project and needs to have experience in formulating clear goals. In addition the ideal candidate has crisp communication skills and supports the goal to help push Cognizant to the top of the European professional services industry. We have a great proposition, experience a steep growth in client sales and are eager to establish ourselves in the market as a 'Tier One' consulting company, so our new team member should be a professional with ambition and an entrepreneurial edge. The candidate speaks fluent Swedish and English and has worked for 10+ years as a Senior consultant in a professional services environment. The candidate should have executed at least seven projects in business-technology advisory and/or implementation and has to have mature presentation skills. The candidate knows how a consulting engagement is structured and should bring a passion for problem solving to the table. Besides this we like to see adaptive skills and openness to different cultures across organizations and countries.
