About this opportunity

EP5G is a high-performance, easy-to-use, and highly reliable cellular connectivity product that addresses the industrial market, including indoor and outdoor facilities of all sizes. Main features include high device density capacity, low latency, and powerful security protocols.

We are now looking for a CI (Continuous Integration) Architect to join our Platform Development team. In this position you will have a meaningful role in our EP5G DevOps team which has the full responsibility for developing and managing applied CI framework as well as our live Cloud Environment. This is supported by close cooperation with software development and test teams both locally and on other sites, as well as service providers. What you will do

Define, develop, and manage CI framework and tooling, including definition of Continuous Integration strategies as well as tool sets.
Define CI framework architecture together with key stakeholders to enable world class developer experience and quality assurance process.
Guide development teams when setting up and deploying development pipelines, hence enable developers to deliver SW in small quality assured batches.
Select, implement, and manage code analysis infrastructure by integrating 3PP software.
From a technical perspective drive test framework development which is to be applied in the Dedicated Networks organization, hence enable teams to implement component and e2e (end-to-end) tests.
Set guidelines and practices when it comes to using developed test framework.
Develop and implement data visualization, hence support development organization to interpret pipeline outcome and subsequent SW quality through e.g. effective regression test feedback to developers.
Drive fault finding, root cause analysis, provide high quality support and advice to developers within the CI domain, hence enable an effective development environment and world class customer support.
Drive continuous improvements and innovation of services and development processes.



You will bring

A bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
Knowledge of CI/CD development and implementation including architecture elaboration.
Knowledge of Jenkins/GitLab CI to automate and trigger pipeline flows.
Test automation and hands-on experience with Python or Golang to automate tasks.
Test framework development and management.
Database management (such as SQL).
Data visualization tools knowledge.
Public Cloud knowledge.
Golang/Java applications hence perform pipeline fault finding.
Linux, scripting and IP Networking-skills.
An eager to learn, curiosity and solution orientation.
Result orientation, having an innovative mentality and valuing high quality results.
A minimum 10 years of relevant work experience within the field of CI and/or SW development is highly preferred.
