We are looking for a Senior Capital and Risk Analyst to drive value-adding analysis and business development work to actively contribute to Group Functions Information Reporting (GFIR) initiatives to improve capital efficiency as well as maintaining high quality and compliance in reporting of capital adequacy. You will work using the SAFe Agile methodology closely together with our stakeholders in Regulatory reporting and the Regulatory Framework Owners, as well as with our IT delivery partner.

This is an opportunity for you to move into the highly prioritised Capital and Treasury Reporting domain, using your financial analysis, communication and Product Management skills, and work to securing delivery of capital reporting requirements. We use an Agile / SAFe working methodology and your role will be to act as a Product Owner and be part of the Product Management team. You will join a highly skilled and diverse team in a rapidly growing area of strategic importance to the bank.

The offer



You'll join Group Functions Information Reporting (GFIR) Business Development (BD), where we provide business development services related to processes and application areas where GFIR is the owner, eg, Capital and Treasury reporting. GFIR is a unit in the bank with the mission to develop and maintain common information and reporting through unified processes, organisation and platform. Our aim is to enhance common ways of working and continuously improve our processes by having the ownership and business competence in processes and applications for Capital, Liquidity, Financial, Risk and Tax reporting.

What you'll be doing:

• Establishing and systematically refining a prioritised product backlog and leading product development activities throughout the product lifecycle

• Collaborating with other Product Owners and the Product Manager to refine and prioritise an overall program backlog

• Together with the Product Manager and Agile teams defining user stories/requirements based on prioritised features and decide on when user stories are delivered

• Participating in Agile teams to explain and clarify questions on user stories/requirements to developers

• Communicating and partnering up with colleagues and stakeholders throughout the development process

• Continuously improving our demand intake, requirement refinement and related processes

We are seeking a high-performing individual with the following profile and experience:


• Agile Product Ownership proficiency, eg, SAFe Product Owner
• Excellent financial and data analysis skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills both written and oral
• Experience with capital efficiency and capital reporting is highly desirable
• You like to drive and deliver independently, as well as working as part of a team
• Business knowledge within Banking
• An academic degree
• Proficiency in English
