Join our dynamic Digital Banking Risk Partner team as a we embark on a journey to deliver on Danske Banks' Forward '28 strategy emphasizing digitalization. We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Risk Partner to play a key role in shaping the secure future of banking.
Become a value creating risk partner to the business
You will be part of the Digital Banking risk partner team within Business Controls & Product Management. The domain we support is responsible for Business Customers' credit process/products, credit systems and decision models for the whole bank, our corporate customer channels and corporate customer engagement and insights. We are pivotal in integrating risk management into everyday decisions and safeguard that non-financial risks are properly assessed and controlled in accordance with the Group's standards by advising and supporting the business through the process.
In this position, you will:
become a value-adding risk partner for process and product owners and help navigate the risk management governance and requirements.
drive best-practice in non-financial risk management and risk governance supporting the business in meeting strategic goals.
proactively advise, coach and train the business in considering risks and controls in day-to-day processes as well as in strategic and change management initiatives.
deliver high quality risk assessments, which help meet the strategic goals and obtain compliance on new and existing products.
develop risk awareness through close collaboration with stakeholders in the business and 2LoD.
Experience in risk management and a curious mind-set is key
We are looking for someone with the following qualification and experience:
Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business, Risk Management or similar.
Understanding of non-financial risk areas, regulations, and industry best practices.
Experience in risk management, banking finance or consultancy.
Strong Stakeholder Management skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills to conduct risk assessments and provide meaningful insights.
Proficiency in English, knowledge of an additional Nordic language is an advantage.
High integrity, excellent communication, and social skills.
