We are looking for a Sr. Business Intelligence Manager to join our ImmunoDiagnostics Division (IDD), which develops, manufactures, and markets complete blood test systems to support the clinical diagnosis and monitoring of allergy, asthma and autoimmune diseases. With 1,600 employees worldwide, IDD has its divisional headquarters in Uppsala Sweden, a further manufacturing site in Freiburg, Germany and Sales' offices throughout the world.

THE ROLE
In this newly created and versatile role you will be able to both, influence how your role develops, and play a key part in driving our commercial business forwards. Your focus will be on collecting data, building databases, conducting analysis, building models and developing metrics to support and measure our commercial operations.

Your responsibilities will be to develop insights, which drive the overall strategy and performance for the commercial teams in IDD Europe and to provide senior leaders, across the organization, with business intelligence. You will support the European Leadership team, working across seven different regions in Europe and at times collaborate with the global teams.

Your responsibilities:
• Deliver concise and compelling data, to support business recommendations on where and how modified business focus could lead to improved business performance
• Support the ongoing intelligence needs of the business by leading monthly KPI reporting, structured and ad-hoc analysis, customer insights and not least develop and drive implementation of dashboard with key indicators to evaluate sales efficiency
• Lead end-to-end model development process from problem identification through to data gathering, analyses, gaining consensus and implementation in the daily business
• Prepares and presents results of analysis and reports along with their relative impacts to the business to all levels of management.
• Develop bespoke CRM reports combining activity, sales and market tracker data assessing market size & share development in allergy and autoimmune disease
• Manage business analytic processes and strategies such as, data integration, operational reporting, ad-hoc analysis, dashboards and data mining exercises.
• Identifies and evaluates growth initiatives and new market / businesses opportunities.
• Evaluate business and sales efficiency following implementation of marketing projects and sales activities

IS THIS THE ROLE FOR YOU?

The ideal candidate will have experience of a similar Business Intelligence or Business Analyst role, ideally having worked in an international scope and within the diagnostics (IVD) or healthcare markets, supporting commercial functions. You should also have a Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited Institution with a focus on Business, Economics, Finance or other related areas.

You must have advanced experience of key analytical tools includingexcel (programme and build reports), database management (e.g. Cognos & Microsoft Power BI) and managing ETMS and CRM systems (e.g. Cegedim, Veeva, Salesforce.com)

The person who succeeds in this role will only enjoy driving the basic analytical work but also has the experience and business acumen to give clear, strategic guidance on the actions that should follow.
Your strengths should include being analytical, data-driven, focused and a having a strong business acumen. You are someone who is both a valued team member, but also has the organisational skills and motivation to drive your own work forwards.

As you will be working in a complex, international organsiation it is essential that you have strong communication skills and are comfortable working cross-functionally in an international environment. You think outside-of-the-box and are good at generating innovative ideas and solutions.

Fluent English, both written and spoken, is a requirement. Swedish or any other European language, would also be preferred.
