As Senior Business Controller you'll need to have a strong commercial mindset and a capacity to drive change. You will have full responsibility for the budget- and forecast processes as well as analyzing our results. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of sales- and development driven organizations and excellent skills within profitability management, financing and assessing business cases. As Senior Business Controller you'll work closely with the CFO and senior management at POC. Your base will be at our awesome headquarters located in Södermalm, Stockholm
Key responsibilities as Senior Business Controller:
• Responsibility for budgeting and forecasting processes
• Preparation of financial reports to management and board of directors
• Analyze of revenues, profitability and Cash Flow
• Steering and ensuring of corporate actions in accordance with set KPI's
• Serve as super-user for Power-BI tool
• Creation of business cases and Management packs
Professional background:
• University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Approximately 5 years of experience within Business Controlling
• Previous experience from retail, FMGC or consumer goods industry is much preferred
• Experience within Product, Margin and Inventory analysis is an advantage
• Positions where you have cooperated closely with operations
• Documented experience in building strong commercial business cases
• Experience in working with development of BI-reports and dashboards
• Fluent in English, both verbally and writing.

To be a fit for POC and the position as Senior Business Controller you'll need a strong motivation of being part of building and developing a Controlling-function that works as an integral part of the development of the business. You thrive in commercial fast-paced environments and are motivated to get close to and acquire an in-depth understanding of the business. You are good at creating and maintaining trusted working relationships and have ability to communicate financial terms in a simple manner. To be successful at POC, you have an agile way of working and flexible mindset when it comes to the challenges we face - and overcome. You always take on tasks in a structured way and strive to build routines that will make the decision making process more efficient and accurate.
