About this opportunity
Welcome to the Savings Infrastructure Services team. We add value by creating sustainable solutions related to Nordea's core investment capabilities to support excellent customer journeys. We believe in the agile way of working and insist on having fun while making a difference. Savings Infrastructure Services has a leading role in the AWM Products release train supporting an agile environment enabling high quality investment products for Nordea customers across the bank. In the position as an Business Analyst, you will play an instrumental role in expanding the discretionary offering to the broader market segment reaching thousands of customers and billions of assets under management. You will engage with key stakeholders across the bank to capture and prioritize requirements into a modern solution helping our customers to reach their financial goals.
Your future responsibilities:
* In-depth and structured business research and analysis
* Identify and define business requirements and support IT developers throughout the development process
* Test, verify and implement newly developed digital solutions
* Be curious about digital and business opportunities as well as trends from other sectors that could be beneficial in our development and priorities
* Collaborate with different stakeholders across Nordea in a fast-paced and motivating cross-country setting
The position is located in any of the Nordic countries.

Your experience and background:
* At least 3 years of experience with business development/analysis in an agile setting
* Good knowledge of savings and investment products such as Discretionary & Advisory products and familiarity with financial concepts and processes
* Experience from understanding and translating customer needs and trends to predict the customers' current and next wishes
* Ability to visualize complex requirements and processes
* A Master's degree in Economics or equivalent
