Consumer Services at Volvo Group Connected Solutions is responsible for the end user services, from idea to development and operation. Together with our partners and customers we create value through fantastic user experience and business enhancing services and products.
We are now looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work within Consumer Services and the Map & Reports Tracking team.

The role
You will work in close collaboration with our Product Owner, Domain Architect, UX-designer as well as Development Teams. You will be the voice of the Customer and focus on their needs to help our customers get the most optimal solutions. You will be responsible for many contact areas and work closely with different stakeholders which requires you to be an expert at communication. You will work with both internal and external business contacts and act as a bridge to our development team representing customer voices internally at Connected Solutions.
In the role as Senior Business Analyst you:
are responsible to collect, analyse, break-down and document business- and customer requirements and needs to propose the most optimal and valuable solution for the specific business area
are responsible to drive the requirement work through the whole chain from capturing business need until the business value is created and verified.
are being one of our main interfaces towards Volvo Group business areas
together with our partners, customers and colleagues create the solution strategy and roadmap
Your profile
As a person you are a driven team player with a positive attitude and you contribute to the team spirit
You have the ability to communicate on different levels and with different kind of people
You are structured and have a strong customer focus in combination with a business-oriented attitude.
You have an analytical and critical thinking
You also have an agile mindset and a "can do" attitude

You take pride in your work and are a person who thrives when work is a bit challenging
We also believe you have:
A university degree in engineering, computer science or similar
Several years of experience as Senior Business Analyst in an international environment
Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
Experience from working as Developer or similar is a merit
Excellent skills in communication
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Valid Work-permit for Sweden or EU-citizen
On-site in Gothenburg

We use agile methods and as we are adopting the DevOps model your work will cover a broad spectrum, following the development of prototypes of future world class applications to also managing the lifecycle of the existing ones.
