hela Sverige In our Malmö office you will work in an international environment and become the colleague of about 200 talented professionals within the fields of Audit, Risk Advisory, Tax and Business Process Solutions from different countries. Our office as well as our Swedish firm has been very successful in recent years in adding on new prestigious clients, offering many exciting opportunities for our professionals. Our office works in a truly global network where our clients provide a platform in which we interact with colleagues as well as clients from most parts of the world.
You will be based in our Malmö office where you will be a part of our audit team working preferably with larger multinational and/or medium sized clients with focus on PCAOB clients requiring proper PCAOB accreditation. You will be working on engagements in Malmö but also in the rest of Sweden and in the Nordics depending on engagements and need.
We have a close collaboration with our Stockholm and Gothenburg offices in areas such as Innovation, Analytics, IT Audit and Risk Advisory. We also work cross- functional over Stockholm, Malmo and Gothenburg with mixed teams on many clients. Our Swedish practice is characterized by high focus on robust project management, innovation and technology which is in line with the Audit transformation agenda and therefore forms an excellent platform to experience how to deliver a modern audit beyond 2022. We are also working close in collaboration with our Nordic member firms.

Based on our current client portfolio, we can offer you development opportunities within the following areas:
Larger international PCAOB clients in Sweden and in the Nordics based on engagement and need- referred out and referred in clients - coordination and group reporting
Listed clients with IFRS and US GAAP reporting requirements
Leadership role over time where you will manage an attractive portfolio of customers to develop and maintain productive working relationships
Working closely with Managers and Partners to drive the quality of audits including leading training courses, quality initiatives such as Engagement quality reviews, Health check monitoring of engagements and innovation
Contribute with driving innovation through analytics, digitalization and other important aspects of our Audit Transformation journey
Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration and strong accounting skills
3-5 years of experience within international audits, IFRS, listed companies and PCAOB experience including US GAAP
We expect you to have good analytical, decision-making and communication skills.
You should be used to work independently with a high level of proactivity as well as interacting with all levels of client personnel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Any other language skills in addition to English are valued, as we have many multinational engagements.
