The society is changing and the focus on sustainability is moving from something optional to a foundation and a goal for both companies and communities. We help companies and organizations navigate an increasingly demanding environment in terms of ambitions and expectations, both from customers, society and competitors. PwC supports companies and organizations to understand and manage ESG and sustainability issues with a focus on reporting, audit, strategy and transformation.
Our business is growing strongly and we are now expanding the sustainability team at PwC within the ESG Reporting & Assurance group. We are looking for consultants who want to grow with us and develop the sustainability area at PwC and with our clients. We are looking for consultants who want to develop into tomorrow's leading specialists and project managers in consultancy and audit of sustainability reporting.
PwC currently has around 50 consultants who work with sustainability and we are located in different locations in Sweden. The team participates in projects all over the country and is part of PwC's global network. Sustainability is an important topic at PwC. Contributing to sustainable social development is a key component of our strategy.

In the role, you will get to work with both consultancy and audit within sustainability. You will work in a company and a team that is at the forefront in sustainability issues and that has the opportunity to drive change. You will be part of the development of PwC's services of sustainability and be involved in and contribute to solving important societal problems.
We are looking for you who have:
1-3 years of experience in the relevant field. For example sustainability reporting based on NFRD/ÅRL, GRI, SASB, TCFD, SBTi and CSRD alternatively specialist or generalist in ESG, sustainable business or related areas in business or public sector.
Bachelor's degree in economics, law or other relevant education. Preferably with a focus on the environment, climate, circular economy, sustainable business development or equivalent areas.
Meritorious if you have previously worked as a consultant and/or in auditing.
Meritorious if you have worked internationally with sustainability reporting.
As a person, you should be motivated by solving complex challenges, have an interest in customer relations, sustainability, have good collaboration skills and have good written communication skills in English.
