ABOUT THE JOB
BYREDO is currently looking for a talented Senior Art Director to our Creative Studio located in Södermalm, Stockholm.
As a Senior Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative vision of the brand, driving high-level campaigns and editorials, while ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines. Reporting to Head of Creative, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Image Production team, Graphic Design team, and fellow Art Directors to execute cohesive campaigns and content. In addition, you will build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including photographers, stylists, models, and agencies.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Take ownership of developing creative concepts and strategies for high-level campaigns, editorials, and various marketing initiatives.
Translate brand objectives into visually compelling and innovative solutions.
Oversee the development and execution of creative shoot concepts, ensuring consistent adherence to brand guidelines and aesthetic.
Create captivating visuals, mood boards, and decks to effectively communicate creative concepts to internal and external teams.
Monitor project progress, ensuring feedback and deliverables are completed on time.
Identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.
Provide creative direction and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
ABOUT YOU:
You have proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative leadership role with a passion for creativity and innovation. It is preferred that you have previous experience working in the luxury fashion or beauty industry. With your exceptional communication and presentation skills, you can effectively convey creative ideas and concepts. You enjoy working in working in a fast-paced and creative environment and therefore are used to a deadline-driven environment.
Other desired qualifications and soft skills:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or related field.
8+ years of experience in similar role
Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional conceptualization and visual design skills.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.).
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
A collaborative and adaptable mindset
