The Senior Developer Integration Operations (Int Ops) is a key member of the API & Integration organization. The organization will be the primary point of contact for all API integration efforts in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In this position you will work closely with the EMEA Business Development Manager and others in the API & Integration team as well as Product Development teams to effectively manage and directly support new and existing integration efforts in the EMEA region.
The team will provide superior software application technical assistance and support to Pelco's worldwide third party Integration Partners. The Senior Developer will also support the development of the customer's specific applications that will utilize and interface with Pelco's equipment using SDK's and API's. The position is based in Malmö and you will report to the Global Integrations Operations Manager as part of the Engineering group who is based in Clovis, Ca, USA.
Essential Functions
Addresses all internal and external customer issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner through to a successful resolution.
Assists Pelco's Worldwide 3rd party Integration Partners in developing applications that interface with the Pelco's product family, utilizing Pelco's API's and SDK's.
Utilizing the knowledge of video security systems and components and experience working with COM objects, Microsoft.NET and Visual Studio as well as the proficiencies with programming languages such as C#, C++, and JAVA.
Maintain a mindset of continuous improvement, in terms of efficiency of support processes, customer satisfaction and the application of tools for monitoring, management and optimization.
Travel to customer and end user sites participate in development and build or maintain partner relationships
Background
Bachelor's degree required and minimum 5 years experience in a related function is required. You must have a good understanding of a "service business" in a high tech environment, from a supplier, integrator or end users point of view. You also have demonstrated leadership abilities and you are achievement oriented. You have knowledge of video security systems and components and experience working with COM objects, Microsoft.NET and Visual Studio. You are proficient in at least two Object-Oriented Programming Languages such as C#, C++, and JAVA. Last but not least you have expert knowledge of a structured approach to debugging and troubleshooting practices.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory. You have an exceptional customer focus with an eye towards consistently exceeding customer expectations. You are able to travel to customer sites, possibly worldwide.
