Job Description
To our customer in banking and finance we are now looking for a new Senior Accountant with experience from Bank & Finance. The role includes various tasks in an accounting department, such as produce and analyze complex financial reports, prepare but also review journal entries of accountants to ensure accuracy, perform variance analyses and prepare account reconciliations, participate and if needed drive financial and tax audits, document and monitor internal controls in support of auditing team, coordinate more complex accounting projects and initiatives with other members of the accounting and finance team or with other departments but also make recommendations based on analysis and status of reserves, assets and expenditures, ensure quality and accuracy of accounting, master data and monitor changes in the standards and ensure impact analyses and correct implementation.
Personal qualities
To succeed in this role you will need strong numerical and analytical skills combined with a commercial mindset. You will need the ability to turn qualitative and quantitative data analysis into commercial actions and to present the information clearly and methodically to different stake holders. You need to be comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines and be able to make decisions and perform business value in a very sales focused atmosphere.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run until 2022-05-01 with possible extension.
