THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
The senior accountant will be handling the full accounting scope for one of our Scandinavian legal entities, managing both internal book-close processes as well as external requirements related to tax, VAT, audits etc.
Main responsibilities will be:
* Managing the day-to-day accounting activities for one of our Scandinavian entities
* Ownership of A/R collection process and liaising with internal stakeholders
* Monthly reporting in group consolidation system (Hyperion Financial Management) according to IFRS standards
* Managing questions related to VAT and Tax
* Close collaboration with business controllers and other departments internally
* Communication with authorities and other external parties
* Participating in internal projects
IN ADDITION...
You will be a part of the finance team and you will report to the Finance Manager. The company has a modern office located in Gothenburg with good connections to public transportation. They operates internationally and uses English as company language.
The assignment will start as soon as possible and is estimated for long term. Initially you will be employed by TNG but we also looking for you who are interested in working as an interim consultant. We will start our selection process immediately and please make sure to submit your CV in English.
As an employed consultant by TNG, of course you are covered by collective agreements, insurance, and wellness grants.
WHO ARE YOU?
* University degree within finance, accounting and/or auditing or comparable education
* Extensive experience within the finance & accounting field
* Proven knowledge of accounting principles, VAT, standards, and laws
* Advanced skills in Excel and ERP system
* Previous experience with SAP Business One and/or Hyperion Financial Management is meritorious
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written
* Good knowledge in Swedish is an advantage
* Experience from working in a fast baced, international environment is an advantage

You enjoy working in an environment where you can use your solution-oriented ability with the will to continuously work on improvements and achieve results. Furthermore, you have a strong financial understanding and interest to learn about the business.
