We need you to be confident and engage in your task in order to deliver beyond-the-ordinary stuff. If you have it in you to seize the challenge, you'll need to be strategic, driven, solution oriented and have top-notch leadership skills. Oh, and just like foodora, you really, really want to challenge the status quo.
YOUR MISSION:
Responsible for the invoicing process, supplier account statements and reconciliations.
Performing costing of products and items.
Processing of payment requests for suppliers to ensure accuracy of accounts.
Investigating and resolving claims with suppliers (local and international)
Responsible for performing warehouse and store inventory valuations. Monitor Shrink levels vs. approved budgeted %.
Perform bank reconciliation sheets and resolve all differences.
Daily, weekly, and monthly sales reconciliation with consumer entities.
Maintain accounts receivables and issuing monthly AR aging reports.
Support the Financial Controller on the month end closing and issuing the company financial statement, P&L and performance reports.
YOUR HEROIC SKILLS:
University Degree - Bachelor of Business or equivalent.
Strong process understanding of accounting relevant processes.
Excellent Analytical and communication skills.
You are very Detail oriented, structured and organized.
You have a positive attitude and enjoy working in an ever changing environment.
Language Skills: Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
Minimum of 4 years of experience within the respective field including costing experience
Good Excel skills and accounting system knowledge. If you have previous experience working with SAP it is an advantage.
