ACCOUNTABILITIES
Process vendor invoices for payment, perform day-to-day accounts payable activities (50-70 % of the time)
Handle and take ownership of queries from vendors and stakeholders in a timely manner
Proactively communicate with stakeholders when issues appear - support with process execution
Provide training and support related to invoice handling for end users
Participate in Team Meetings and Daily planning activities and local controlling Team meetings
Participate and contribute to Lean continuous improvement initiatives, change implementation, new ERP systems and tools implementation
Support collaboration between our Global Business Services centers and Business in AP related tasks
Perform Month End closing tasks
Execute all other position related tasks delegated by line manager
REQUIREMENTS
Education in Finance/Accounting or other relevant fields and/or Accounting experience
Customer service mindset
Solution-oriented personality with problem solving skills
Teamwork and cooperation skills in a cross-cultural organization
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Accuracy and strong attention to details
Swedish and English languages - professional proficiency (B2 level or above)
Knowledge of Finnish and/or German language would be considered a plus
Experience working with SAP would be considered a plus
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Location: Avesta or Nyby (Sweden)
Contract: Permanent
Languages: fluent Swedish and English - level B2 or above
Start date: ASAP
