We are now looking for an online communication manager who is professional and passionate about the new digital landscape and knows how to reach and create engagement among relevant target groups. You enjoy working in a team as well as individually and are curious to learn and willing to share your insights.
Your profile
We are looking for a team player with a strategic as well as operational mind-set. You need to take responsibility for your work and have a big driving force. We also think that you are a humble and positive person with a solution-oriented personality. You appreciate the opportunity to test a variety of tasks and thrive in a diverse and international environment.
You have worked with online strategies and social media for at least a few years and probably have an education within communication as well as good technical and graphical skills. .
Your role
Your main task will be primarily front-end and you will be working in various types of digital projects and platforms. You will be responsible for online and social media strategies, including guidelines and running updates of the Semcon web sites and social media channels. Together with the global communication network you will secure distribution of engaging content, traffic flows, data analytics and leads. You need to keep yourself updated with the latest trends and technologies.

• Web publishing programs
• Social media channels
• Google Analytics or similar
• Lead generating marketing systems
• Graphical or layout programs
You will be reporting directly to the Global Marketing & Communications Director and be a part of our team which today includes 5 persons, and you will also be a member of our global communication network.
