As part of the team, we provide trading and technical service to our sophisticated worldwide members and vendors of the Nordic and Baltic exchanges. More specifically, we work with order and trading-related queries, analysis and handling of client cases, incident management, and connectivity testing and support our market participants. We are functioning in a multifaceted environment where colleagues are available in person as well as virtual. The responsibilities:
Order and trade support to our exchange members.
Working closely with compliance teams to ensure accurate MiFID/MiFIR alignment
Working in a cross-team environment to resolve trading-related cases including incident handling
Continuous service improvement empowering automation and new technologies
Testing trading systems during new releases and guaranteeing quality
Skills and Requirements:
Preferred university studies/degree in computer, IT systems or business economics
At least 3 years of professional experience
Demonstrates good interpersonal skills and strong communicative ability in English, both verbally and in writing.
Proactive approach with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology understanding of markets, and trading concepts would be beneficial
Good data management and analytical skills, including experience and understanding of Excel functions such as simple formulas
A valid working permit for the EU is required.
