Your role

You will be a member of the marketing and sales management team at Business Unit Missile Systems, responsible for leading the marketing and technical sales activities within your Section.



The Marketing & Technical Sales section is responsible for:

*

Continuously develop and execute marketing of BU Missile Systems solutions in different channels and forums
*

Managing BU Missiles marketing efforts, including exhibitions, product demonstrations, and product presentations
*

Develop and execute training concepts for our solutions
*

Maintain a close contact with our users, e.g. in relation to live firings, operational and technical support.

The role will give you opportunities to build an extensive network, domestically and on the export market. You will work in close cooperation with the Missile Systems Product Sales sections as well as with other marketing and communication functions within the Saab Group.



Important parts in the Section Manager role:

Continuously develop and execute our Missile Systems marketing strategy to support our business plan.
*

Coaching and management of the personnel within your section.
*

Lead, develop, and support the team in your section in marketing of our products on the worldwide market.
*

Report to Head of Marketing and Sales at the business unit



In addition to the management role you will act as a Marketing or Technical Sales expert for certain products and/or countries within the Section's responsibilities:

*

Technical and tactical support to Marketing and Sales of BU Missile Systems products including customer presentations, demonstrations and live firings
*

Prepare tactical and operational concepts for customer proposals
*

Support to PSR and CSR
*

Production of technical sales documentation in customer bids and relevant product marketing material in coordination with Product Management and the Product Sales sections
*

Development and performance of operator training
*

Maintaining relations with our current end users
*

Coordination and planning of the business unit's participation in exhibitions and other marketing events.



Your profile

To thrive in this role, you are a marketing oriented person with great communication skills. You are used to efficiently collaborating with team members as well as other stakeholders, especially end users. You are structured and proactive, enabling you to adapt to different circumstances.

• High level of leadership capability.

• High level of social skills.

• High level communication skills in Swedish and English.

• Good knowledge of MS Office
