Swedbank Cloud Center of Excellence is responsible for executing the banks' cloud strategy and drive the cloud readiness and we are now searching for a black belt Scrum Master who is as excited as we are about the Cloud.
In Swedbank CCoE you have the opportunity to:

You will be our spider in the web and help us inspect and adapt SAFe Agile Principles and Practices in our ART.

• Get involved in Scrum Masters community and learn from each other by sharing your knowledge and best practices.
What is needed in this role:
• To succeed in this role, you need to be a team player and love to help your teammates!
• Leadership is a key, so ability to work tightly with the team and have a "Team First" approach is important. You are self-motivated and have a strong "can-do" attitude!
• We are looking for a senior Scrum Master to come in and lead the way so work experience as a Scrum Master using SAFe is expected in this case (Scrum Master/SAFe certifications would be an advantage).
• Ability to coach, support and coordinate the team, to make things happen!
• A modern tech mindset, everything as Code mentality and a finish what's started before starting something new approach!
• You have a black belt in Collaboration and Communication (to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organisation).
• You are hopefully a Black Belt Atlassian Ninja, you are expected to do magic in JIRA and Confluence!
• The talent to visualize the work in a structured and pedagogical way so it is easy to see and understand what we are trying to achieve.

We are still in the beginning of our Cloud Journey, and we are building up our new Cloud Center of Excellence unit, so you need to be flexible and be a team player willing to walk the extra mile to make stuff better, just like the rest of us are doing. You don 't just look what you are supposed to do, you also look what your friends are supposed to do and see if they need any help.
