We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Service Manager who is passionate about driving Agile delivery and ensuring world-class service for HR IT applications.
In this dual role, you will:
Lead Agile practices by facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Ensure operational excellence by managing technical incidents, optimizing service delivery, and maintaining compliance with organizational standards.

Job Responsibilities
Scrum Master for Global Inhouse applications
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Refinement, and Retrospectives.
Support continuous delivery by identifying and removing impediments faced by the development team.
Coordinate release planning and ensure alignment of sprint deliverables with business objectives.
Promote Agile best practices and empower the team to achieve high performance.
Support the Product Owner in maintaining a clear and prioritized backlog.
Ensure clear communication of progress, risks, and dependencies across teams and stakeholders.
Service Manager
Oversee incident management processes and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Coordinate and communicate effectively across application, infrastructure, and business teams.
Conduct compliance activities, including penetration tests and IRAM assessments.
Manage operational workflows such as Alto, PRI, and other service management processes.
Create and maintain release notes for the product.
Troubleshooting incidents using SQL.
Who You Are
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have
Profound knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Hands-on experience in technical incident management.
Strong working knowledge of JIRA for project tracking and Zephyr for test management.
Experience with POSTMAN for API testing and validation.
Basic understanding of databases (SQL queries, data validation, troubleshooting).
Familiarity with AWS portal and cloud-based environments.
Awareness of GDPR and data privacy principles.
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across technical and business teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM),or Agile Practitioner are highly desirable.
