Let's make a difference in finance for the many people
You will join the Digital Delivery organization that operates around three ARTs. You will work closely with many stakeholders from business to IT and make it happen! All your good input and ideas are welcome, because we are keen to improve in our agile ways of working!
What you will do
• Build solid relationships with the teams and create a trusting environment
• Encourage self-organization and ownership
• Facilitate all scrum and SAFe events and ceremonies
• Make sure communication is flowing well between the team and other stakeholders
• Facilitate the teams progress toward team goals - improve performance in the areas of quality, predictability, flow, and velocity
• Support SAFe adoption - The Scrum Master supports the overall adoption of SAFe across the enterprise by coaching stakeholders and other non-agile teams on effective interactions with agile teams and participates in the Scrum Master Community of Practice
Key competencies
• Experience and knowledge of SAFe framework and agile methods is a must
• Being open and appreciating openness in others
• Skills to create a safe environment for meaningful collaboration and healthy conflict resolution
• Experience from the banking / financial industry is a great plus
• SAFe Scrum Master certification is a plus
