Job Purpose
We are a leading innovation in Industry 4.0 solutions. To provide our customers with unique customized technology we are setting up a dedicated software development team. This special team will work on the most advanced technology and developments related to our automation solutions. This is an opportunity to operate in a real startup, having all the technological and financial strength of a multinational group.
We're looking for a Scrum Master, a professonial figure who is responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology. The Scrum Master must organizes and facilitates the sprint planning meeting. He/She helps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint. The candidate will join Coesia as a member of the Group Function.

Main Responsibilities:
* Facilitate his team for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team
* Exhibits Lean-Agile leadership and helps the team embrace SAFe Core Values
* Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology
* Responsible to remove the impediments for the scrum team
* Arranged daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
* 5 years Scrum Master experience in any well-known software environment
* Demonstrable experience of Scrum Management
* Agile Experience
* SAFe and Agile technical project management of multiple software releases
* English, spoken and written
