Welcome to the heart of innovation! In the realm of electrified transport, our group thrives on pioneering cutting-edge EV systems and components. The Electrification Management System acts as the glue, binding together thermal management, auxiliary VCB components, and charging control. At Charging Controls, we focus on perfecting vehicle-side charging functions within the application software, striving to exceed our customer's expectations. We are now looking for a new Scrum Master to bolster our team.
Your Role
Lead Agile ceremonies, steering cross-functional teams towards milestones in sync with our ONE PDP and visionary roadmap. Connect teams seamlessly within and beyond VCT and VCF, acting as the catalyst for collaboration. As the captain of coordination, use lean-agile principles to guide your team to new heights. Manage capacity, crush obstacles, and navigate through risks.
Your Arsenal
Bring your battle-tested experience as a mid to senior-level Scrum Master, armed with a profound understanding of SAFe and agile methodologies. Your ability to communicate effectively is key. Infuse your leadership skills and passion for team development into the heartbeat of our electrifying projects.

Qualifications to Conquer
Brandish your Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification, with a gleaming SAFe certification as your secret weapon. A degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience positions you at the forefront. Knowledge of TRATON One PDP is beneficial but not required.
