We are looking for Scrum Master - Logistics in Sweden with below expertise:
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Scrum Master to join our team and play a crucial role in driving Agile methodologies for our software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Scrum principles, excellent communication skills, and a proven
track record of successfully facilitating the Agile development process.
Responsibilities:
Scrum Process Facilitation:
• Guide and coach the development team and product owner on Agile/Scrum practices and principles.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure adherence to Scrum processes and encourage continuous improvement.
Team Collaboration:
• Foster a collaborative and cross-functional team environment.
• Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
• Promote effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
Product Backlog Management:
• Work closely with the product owner to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
• Assist in the creation of user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure the team understands and delivers on the product vision and goals.
Metrics and Reporting:
• Track and report key Agile metrics, such as velocity and burn-down charts.
• Provide visibility into the team's progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure transparency.
Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to enhance team performance.
• Conduct regular retrospectives and drive action items for improvement.
Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with product owners, project managers, and other stakeholders to align on project goals and priorities.
• Manage and resolve conflicts effectively, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams.
• *Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to adapt and respond to change in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• 6+ years of experience
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
• Knowledge of other Agile methodologies (Kanban, XP, etc.).
• Familiarity with software development practices and technologies.
