Your role
You will work as a Scrum Master within the Antenna Core Platform ART. You will coach the team using agile practices with focus on deliveries, flow and take lead in continuous improvements.
You will manage and optimize the flow and ensure a backlog-driven development. You will motivate and coach team members in agile practices and ways of thinking to enhance flow and transparency. You will also manage risks and dependencies, escalate, and track impediments, and facilitate sprint-planning events including demos.

We are looking for passionate Scrum Master who want to be part of our journey building the Saab Digital Sensor Core and contribute to a collaborative work environment with transparency, respect and trust for each other. To be successful in this positions, you need to be a team player and have the ability to motivate and engage others.
Required skills:

MSc degree in Engineering
*
Minimum five years of relevant experience
*
Experience working as a Scrum Master within SAFe framwork
*
Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
Desired skills:

Experience from embedded SW development
*
Experience in antenna design and/or microwave design
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance, additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
