About the role

As a Salesforce & Sales Operations Expert you will be the primary, company-wide, on-site support for Salesforce and integrated systems. A big part of your role will be anchored in Sales and you will be reporting to the Chief Growth Officer.

You will be expected to gain an understanding of our processes, systems, people, and sales strategy to anticipate the need and develop solutions in Salesforce.

You will work closely with functional leaders and organizational units to identify, develop and deploy new business processes. You will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.

This role is part project manager, part administrator and part analyst.

In this role you need to be detail oriented, solutions/process focused, and a team player with an ability to handle multiple, and often shifting priorities.

Your main responsibilities

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and coordinate the development of Salesforce.
• Identify process improvement projects that drive efficiencies in the business.
• Support pipeline and opportunity reviews with the sales team.
• Generate a variety of reports and provide statistics and regular reporting on sales.
• Ensure that discipline around Salesforce is adhered to.
• Distribute leads and accounts to the sales team.
• Follow up distributed leads and accounts with the sales team, and make sure appropriate actions have been taken.
• Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks.
• Assist in other areas of Sales operations such as identify and map relevant fairs/events for the sales team to attend.
• Work with the Chief Growth Officer to support and implement new initiatives and processes.
• Support Finance department with recurring tasks, for example monthly customer billing.
• Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.

Experience required

• Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator.
• Ideal candidate should have a record of success in improving processes and user adoption using Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality , with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
• Ability to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
• Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests.

Skills required

• Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude.
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Skillful in MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
• Deep understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A team player with a high level of dedication.
• Proficiency in English.

Bonus requirements

• Experience with systems integrations between salesforce and other systems is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience in Salesloft and Hubspot is a plus.
• Experience in Fortnox is an advantage.
