About the job
As sales tool coordinator and product management support you will have an important role in supporting and improving the sales process. In this role you will be responsible for maintenance and development of a sales tool for Alfa Laval's Disk Stack Separators. The focus lies on coordinating activities between several different stakeholders internally and set requirements toward external software developers as well as understanding the business needs and convert them to requirement specifications towards our suppliers.
You will also be involved in product launches and developing sales material such as product documents and ensuring that all relevant product information and documentations is properly developed and available.
The responsibilities:
* Point of contact and coordination, follow-up, and planning of activities for Insight sales tool
* Identify and set requirements
* Support users (handle access rights and solve issues)
* Support Product and Portfolio Managers in the launch preparations
* Be part of the sales tools team and help meeting the full team's goals
What you know
* Relevant education in industrial engineering, or equivalent work experience
* Good computer skills and knowledge for MS Office
* Understanding of programming
* Structured mindset and self-driven
* Good communication skills
* Fluent in English, written and spoken form, is required
* Experience from IT project management
* Experience from order handling
