The role
As Sales Territory Manager you are the primary client liaison and is responsible for managing all aspects of the account process including building awareness of company solutions. You are responsible for calling upon middle market end-users/OEMs and channels (distributors, contractors, integrators, and consultants) within the Swedish region. The key focus area is Industrial and Electrical Infrastructure.
The work includes identifying and developing quality opportunities, qualifications, evaluation, close and accounting care. You are expected to drive revenue growth via:
• New account development and/or expanding existing accounts within the channels.
• Develop and implement business plans that align with the business strategy for the mid-market and locally significant accounts in an assigned area.
You secure preference for company products on discretionary business and specifications, and drive customer mind sets from products to solutions. Ensure that all generated business is referred back through chosen partners and that this referred business is leveraged either directly or indirectly through the channel accounts to improve discretionary business through the channel.
Candidate profile
A suitable candidate has a high independence and individual drive. It is preferred to have a strong knowledge in wire harness, heavy/harsh power cables management, control panels builders, heavy equipment, rail and subway, truck and bus etc verticals - both within end-users and channel.
Education
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
Experience and competencies
• Has functioned independently in an outside account management capacity, owning a portfolio.
• Experience from an account base that he/she manages. Works independently and looks to manager to help in coaching to strengthen position in an account, leverage for higher level meetings. Provides insight into new accounts that should be penetrated.
• Leads business planning.
• Builds strategic rather than transactional relationships.
• Understands how to move through the account cycle effectively.
• Can effectively manage in complex business.

The position is located in Stockholm or nearby. You work from a home office and is part of a Nordic team.
