Your future role in the communications industry?
On behalf of one of our clients we're now searching for a serviceminded sales support representative. Internal Sales Associates are individuals who have a proactive approach to business and are strongly customer focused. Without this role we do not have effective 'glue' to hold interface to market together.

Our client offer a permanent employment in an innovative international company working with optical solutions within communication.

Responsibilities

Front Office

• Answer Incoming Calls from the customer and handle in a professional manner
• Ensure Channel Managers are informed of all Account Issues
• Set up or alter appointments as required
• Follow up quotations and record outcome of call
• Send out literature as required
• Coordinating upgrade, trade-in and other special programs
• Organize in seminars / road shows
• Coordinate launch of new product, new software, options etc
• Lead qualification / lead assignment / lead follow-up
• Coordinate Partner Promotions
• Making follow-up/health check calls to Channel Partners that had problem orders/repairs

Back office

• Understand and use InSight to log call info, quotations, telemarketing activity etc.
• Ensure completion and accurate processing of sales enquiries
• Become single point of contact for all sales leads for the assigned region
• Produce quotations as required by Channel Manager / Channel Partner
• Take ownership of delivery and collection of demo/loan equipment
• Manage the COR ? Collaborative business opportunity process for region/area
• Manage Quality problems and log to CQA system
• Forecast process (export and import forecast in InSight)
• Coordinate training / Partner certification

Skills sets

• Proven experience in proactive calling, including qualification of customers and appointment making.
• Proven experience in a Customer Service Background
• Excellent telephone manner
• Ability to pick tasks up quickly

• Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Good research skills
