As a Sales Support Manager, your role will be to manage, develop and coach The Lorentzen and Wettre sales support team in Sweden, aiding the sales organization in finding optimal solutions to meet customers' needs.
In this role you will implement order handling processes in line with the organizations needs. You will also drive process improvement projects for the whole team, set individual and team targets, as well as support the teams development needs. Coordinate between sales, production, sourcing, shipping, R&D, as well as our technical support team.
Your responsibilities
Leading the administration team
Ensuring the right competencies in the team in order to serve our global sales units
Developing and coaching the sales support and order management team
Ensuring implementation of tools and practices for the order management team
Coordinating with sales manager on coming orders and general planning
Your background
Knowledge of ERP systems and understanding of the order handling process
Management experience in sales and/or sales support is a benefit, with a proven experience in customer facing roles
Advanced communication, influencing, coaching and management skills
Insight into the complexities of international customers
Fluent in both verbal and written Swedish and English
