Last year, WW Ocean moved 3 million car equivalent units (CEU) of cars, rolling equipment and breakbulk worldwide.
We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our Sweden Sales Support team located in Gothenburg.
Purpose of the role
In this role, you will be an integral part of the Sweden Customer Growth team that is responsible for all commercial activities on behalf of the Wallenius Wilhelmsen group companies', providing effective support and service to our customers and our teams.
Main responsibilities and tasks
• Support all customer activities for the Swedish market
• Handling of quotes, bookings and other customer requests for the Breakbulk and non-contractual customers
• Inside sales/account management activities for contractual customers
• Close coordination and collaboration with Sales, Pricing team, Business Operation teams, Terminals, and Documentation teams etc
• Support new business generation and business growth across customer and cargo segments
• Support the achievement of regional sales targets and business plans
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a person with experience working in sales support or customer service in the shipping sector, preferably within the RoRo segment. You are a proactive team player with a sense of urgency. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and display flexibility and problem-solving to meet changing priorities and business needs.
