We are now searching for you to help us further drive HPLJ methodology into the workplace!
As a key member of both our Marketing and Solutions teams, your role will involve reaching out to potential and existing clients to promote our High-Performance Learning Journey® certification. Working closely with both teams, you will develop a deep understanding of the methodology and guide prospective clients through the certification's features and benefits, with the aim of driving new sales. You will be interacting with a range of clients, including L&D professionals within larger organizations, training providers, and L&D consultants, both domestically and internationally. One-to-one coaching regarding all elements of the sales certification process will be provided.
Your responsibilities
• Selling our HPLJ methodology and certification to prospective clients via phone, email, and online meetings
• Liaising with internal teams to identify, qualify, develop, and update leads in our CRM system
• Proactively searching for and generating new leads to focus sales activities on
• Meeting or exceeding agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the specified timeframe
• Continuously seeking to improve the sales process through feedback and analysis.
To succeed in this role, we believe that it is essential for you to have a passion for sales and be able to speak confidently with individuals at all levels. You should be target-focused, with a relentless approach and a self-driven, 'can-do' attitude.
