ABOUT THE JOBWe have one opportunity for a Sales Representative for a permanent full-time position, starting in August/September 2019. The position is field-based with Malmö as a starting point, why we are preferably looking for someone who lives in the same area. As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for delivering and exceeding territory sales targets, with support from your manager and senior team members. Your aim is to ensure long-term sustainable growth by establishing and building mutually beneficial business relationships, to become preferred partners with our key customers. For the right candidate there will be possibilities to grow further along the Sales Career Path.You will be a member of the Swedish Sales Team, in a flexible and fast-paced work environment where you will collaborate effectively and cross-functionally with other Nutricia colleagues to achieve the objectives. This position reports to the Field Sales Manager and the role requires travelling within Malmö and nearby areas. Your main role and responsibilities consist of:Planning and developing the business in the territory:Implement strategy / sales cycle focus according to local market needs and deliver in line with set KPI's delivered by Sales and Brand ManagementDevelop Account Plan and Annual Business Plan with support from FSM and/or senior colleague in the territory, quarterly reviewsPlans and objectives should be built based on segmentation of customers and their needs as well as followed up in the CRM system in a timely mannerFrequently review and analyze sales results/KPI's with support from Field Sales ManagerIdentify and leverage opportunities to develop the business in the territory Sales and Managing customers:Visit targeted customers to conduct classic product information meetingsArrange inspirational sessions, presentations and workshops as appropriate (e.g. tasting, cooking classes, recipes)Arrange and facilitate customer educations (Presentations and workshops as appropriate including scientific-, product- and commercial information) as well as participating in exhibitions Balanced selling approach; combining product features, disease area knowledge and customer and patient value propositions within disease areas and healthcareCreate and execute call and activity plan supported by FSMPrepare, analyze and report calls within the CRM system in a timely mannerPro-actively work to maintain and grow the customer network in the territoryFollow up on agreements (e.g. orders, prescriptions, actions) Market and Business Intelligence through feedback and analysisContinuous improvement of own performance as well as knowledge-sharing with the team with your experience and own good practicesABOUT YOUWe are looking for you who understands the business demands and ensures we reach our goals together.
