About this opportunity
Welcome to Corporate Support within Business Banking. We add value by assisting and interacting with our Relationship Managers as Sales Partners, where being proactive and providing excellent customer service are key ingredients for success.

We are now looking for temporary (hourly employment for 6 months with possibility to prolong) employed Team Members to join our strong RM Support team with specialist competence in daily banking and possibility to take part in our RM-project.
The RM-project aims to free up time for our Relationship Managers where you will do selected tasks.
You will be a part of our corporate customers daily banking agenda. You will be introduced to various product areas and learn how to deliver super customer value. Together, we strive to increase customer satisfaction and profitability by developing solutions to streamline customer needs and routines.
The role is based in Gothenburg.

What you'll be doing:
* In this position you will interact with our customers in daily banking related inquiries via answering incoming calls and e-mails.
* RM Support is a nationwide support which covers the portfolios of Relationship Managers all over Sweden. We help, guide and support customers, as well as RM's with administration related tasks and proactive activities.
* You will be a part of a strong team-oriented performance culture.
* You will work closely towards our product units and internal stakeholders.
* Possibility to take part in our RM Elevate-project.
