Excellerate Global Leadership Program for Sweden (SE) - BU Multimedia, BSS Sales & Key Deal Support-00050160
This exclusive program aims to attract, develop and retain top talents across the world as part of grooming future leaders for Ericsson.
The program is scheduled to begin in June 2012 and continue for 18 months. The design of the program reflects best practice in the market, and involves a mix of job rotation, project work, theory, literature studies, personal development and international networking.
The role will be in BU Multimedia and focus to support our Business Support System business. The main task is to drive sales of BMUM BSS solutions towards the Regions. The role will interface towards KAMs, Engagement Practices heads as well as Competence Domain heads. The main task is to drive sales of BMUM BSS solutions towards the Regions.
Qualifications
The program is looking for candidates, who have:
• Preferably two degrees, one of them a master's degree in either business, marketing or economics
• Two to four years of relevant work experience in, for example, telecom, IT, media, or consulting sectors
• A global perspective, having worked or studied abroad
• A willingness to relocate internationally
• Fluency in English and at least one more language
• Background of consultative and software sales.
• Good understanding of Telecom operator business issues/Telecom market trends
• BSS domain knowledge and ability to create customer value.
Candidates will be assessment according to Ericsson leadership framework during February/March 2012.
